Must try deliicious ceviche caribeno and passion fruit mojitos!! Access to quiet black sand beach directly down set of stairs. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Only four rooms, as far as I could tell, so service was attentive. A lovely pool and bar with a view over the ocean. Beautifully presented drinks.
Breakfast was excellent, dinner was so-so.
The beach is down a flight of steps and it's the best way to get to the rest of El Zonte.
I was very happy there and will be back.

Amazing service! Everyone was awesome, service staff was very friendly, nice quick to respond to needs.

The Deluxe Villa is not what it looks like in the pictures. We couldn’t see the beach from it. The hotel is nice and has beautiful views. The villas are not in the same property. We felt deceive by the pictures. Definitely not worth the price for the villa when it doesn’t have an ocean view and is a good walk to get to the beach. The major reason we booked it was due to the ocean view. We had booked it for two nights but only stayed one night. The hotel is very nice and it should be made clear that the villas are not in the same property and no ocean view or direct beach access.

I really enjoyed with my family staying at this hotel the only thing I didn’t like was that when I did the reservation the hotel information made it sound Iike the hotel room had a sea view and that it was accessible to the beach easily we took my 75 years old mom and to get to the beach from the Garten hotel is 75 stairs down from the pool area just to consider is your have health issues but other than ghat the hotel is great
