Sheets had stains and an odor carpet had stains and room smelled like pee shower was dirty .

First off wayyyy to expensive for such an old hotel, Food was not good, coffee was cold, And quiet noisy
We’ve stayed here a few times and each time it was a Disappointment will not be staying here again..

Thanks for letting us know about your recent stay. I apologize that you were so disappointed. Our breakfast variety is well above the typical offerings required. We offer a hit menu item, usually scrambled eggs and sausage patties, 2 flavors of batter to make your very own Texas shaped waffle, fruit, oatmeal, cereals, breakfast bars, blueberry muffins, bagels, 2 juices, milk, coffee, tea, bread, & hot water for a fresh, hot chocolate. I’m surprised nothing was very appealing to you. Someone works the front desk 24 hours a day. Did you mention the coffee was cold to them? I can’t imagine them not offering to make a fresh, hot pot which literally takes approximately 3 minutes to do. We appreciate your business and hope that the next time you are in town and decide not to stay with us, that one of the other nice hotels in town is more to your taste. Thanks again, LCampbell gm
