First of all I worked for 12 hours and then had to travel out of the country. I was awake for 32 hours all I wanted to do was get much needed sleep. I had made the reservations for two rooms with single king bed almost two weeks before traveling. We got to the hotel and they had given the rooms to someone else and we were stuck with two rooms with full beds. Showered were clogged and smelled like drainage. There was a big orange stain that was very slimy. The rooms smelled like mold. There was also a club half a block away with music really loud. Their breakfast was not bad but not great. On the other hand. The staff was super be friendly and helpful. My personal experience I would not stay here ever again. I tried reaching out to the company I used which was Expedia and I could never get a hold of them due to wait time of over 2 hours. I opted to have them call me back when someone was available and they never did. So again I will never use Expedia again for this and I will never stay in this place again.

Recommend nobody to come here they were very rude to my parents they didn't allow them to go in the room it was very noisy they should respect their visitors better I give the lowest star ever don't waste your time and money there trash

Staff was very nice, specially the breakfast buffet waiter was very helpful. It was hard connecting to wifi, but front desk staff helped.
