Hey, they never went to the room and clean, leave clean towels, nor nothing bad shower water all over the bathroom floor. Every time we wanted to go out we had to ask him to come back and ring the bell. It’s dark and that area and we would have to be in the room around no later than 8 o’clock, because it was too dark to walk The bathroom door it would always hit the mattress so it’s a bad review

Wonderful location with cute courtyard
Posted 22 Sep 2023 on HotelsThis was a comfortable place to stay within walking distance of the zocalo and the pedestrian-friendly downtown. The courtyard is really nice for sitting at the end of a long day. The cleanliness of the hotel could use some improving; one of the sheets had a stain. But overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a two star hotel The rooms are clean and the AC good. For the price, it's good value for a quiet night's sleep. It's quiet. But the street out front does not feel safe at night, and I travel everywhere in Mexico. There is lots of hot water, but you get no soap, no shampoo or anything. Just be aware. You also do not get a bottle of water and they have any on site to buy either. The WIFi can be sketchy, depending on where your room is. The people were very helpful, but no taxis responded when they called for one.
It says no smoking, but there were plenty of ash trays full of ashes and cigarette butts in the courtyard.
Again, it's a dated property, but clean. It just need some TLC. But you will sleep well. At a fair price.

Posted 19 Nov 2021 on HotelsEsta muy bien ubicado, justo atrás de la catedral, la cosa es que ya es un hotel viejo, nunca pudimos prender el calentador y no tuvimos agua caliente hasta el último día. La habitación se ve un poco sucia y estaría bien que pusieran cortinas más gruesas
