Person who checked us in was delightful. She actually was interested in our travels and posed thoughtful questions. A huge smile was on her face throughout. It was long before our tiredness had faded and we knew she would take care of us

There was initial confusion at check-in over whether they had a baby crib available like Expedia said they did… It was upsetting at first and the desk staff was apologetic, telling us “that’s what happens when you book through third party app”…. Anyways— Happy to say they did up finding one for us (apparently they were tucked away). So overall I would say the desk staff was helpful.
Besides the initial confusion, it was a fine stay. The room was clean enough and the beds comfortable. Complementary breakfast was typical/decent (eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, etc). Really friendly breakfast staff!
Parking is free in the lot. Close drive to shopping/food. Did the trick for our stay in Chico.
