"Beautiful hotel. I wish I’d had more time to enjoy it, but I was just passing through. Thank you to Kathy for staying to let me check in late after a very long travel day.
The A/C was a bit weak, but to be expected in a historic building. It managed to get the room to 73."
"My only complaint is that if you have a dog where you have to walk dogs a cat colony lives. These cats are fed by neighborhood residents. These cats do not care that you are walking a dog or driving a car. It is their home and you need to deal with it. Thank goodness my German Shepherd is not reactive."
"The hotel was very clean and convenient to food and shopping. Our room had a nice view of Mobile Bay which was very nice. Breakfast was great and the customer service was even better.
10/10 recommend! "
"The hotel was very nice, definitely clean and quiet. It is also located just off the Interstate for easy in easy out. We never heard any traffic noise from the room facing the highway. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with any request. I think the breakfast was my favorite. No hot meals like a typical 'hotel' but the grab and go station they set up was very efficient especially with the kids in a rush.
Brand new hotel opened in Feb 2025. I will definitely consider other hyatt studio options in the future. "
