A very well-maintained boutique hotel in the city center near all the shops. Ample parking behind what was once a manor house. Room was smallish but had a king bed. Very good bathroom. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This is a first-class hotel with beautifully-appointed rooms. Lots of attention to detail for the guest (complimentary drink in room on arrival, 24 hour room service, lovely restaurant and bar). Historic setting on high street, within easy walking distance of all attractions and train station. Very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable spacious (superior) room.
Cons: Intermittent hot water while showering. Very disappointing.
