The staff was really lazy. I called as I needed new towels for my second night and after hugging and puffing Daniel rudely stated "they'll be at the front desk for you". There was literally no one at the front desk one of the nights (before 7pm) as well. The shower only got up to slightly warm (at the max) which made for a freezing departure from the bathroom even when the temp of the room was 88 degrees in preparation for freezing bathing. The property is lovely but everything else about this hotel screams bare... No cups in the room, no soaps, broken beverage dispensary in the lobby, limited towels, etc.. it is way to expensive per night for the amenities (or lack there of) that it offers.

Its okay for low cost but wouldn't recommend anyone that is from abroad. Its used for a lot of people using it as cheap rental place

This property has people living there full time, almost like a weekly/monthly rental apartment. The walls are paper thin, I listened for over 2 hours (1am-3am) a couple screaming and fighting with one another. It was absolutely awful (they were in room 305). No staff were there in the morning so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone. If you’re running it like a rental apt don’t have hotel guests there!
