The location of the hotel is excellent. One block from the river walk and just next to the train station for several lines. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Restaurant and Roof bar were both great. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely reccomend this hotel to friends and family.

The Wit is an upscale hotel that I enjoyed visiting. They are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago. If you want to ride the subway there is a station right outside of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, they even followed up with me after checking in and throughout my stay.

The service response and help I received from Shannon McKinney the Business Travel Sales Manager and Zachary at the concierge desk were exceptional! Hotel is gorgeous and dining options are amazing! Very convenient and nice location in Chicago and there's a train stop literally around the corner. Fantastic experience!
