It was ready nice place if you are travelling for business or as a tourist I recommend you to stay there. Very quiet although it was very close to one of the busiest airports . Through out wide windows you can watch landing almost every few second 😊
Anyway you definitely won’t go wrong if you wish to be around airport or Rosemont businesses abit far from city center unless you have your own car.

No complementary at all!! No free breakfast and charges me 30 bucks for parking

Customer serices were the best I have had in a very long time in the States. Food and drinks in hotel were great. Very clean, location perfectly convenient to everything. Only complaint is that the bed only had sheets and a very lightweight duvet cover, no extra blankets in the closet or variety of pillow sizes (pillows were huge),so my neck is sore and I was freezing. Had a horrible nights sleep.

The location of the parking lot and the price of $30.00 per night is not good. The arm to get in and out of the parking lot did not work. Very inconvenient.

Everything worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the parking meter to scan your room key wasn’t working but everything else was great!
