Strongly recommend paying the extra amount to get access to the club on the 12C floor. Terrific service and they always have great food, drinks and snacks available!!
Only negative about this hotel is the restaurant on the second floor. It’s not really a restaurant, they serve food in a few tables in the bar area. The service was average at best and food below average. This is not a big deal unless you’re stuff at the hotel because of bad weather.
Besides the minor restaurant issue, this is a 5 star hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Chicago. Great property, location and service!

I love this property. It's is my favorite plane I have ever stayed. The staff are all amazing. The room was extremely comfortable. I honestly didn't want to leave.
The only knock is that the parking was expensive. I wish the rate wasn't all high. Otherwise. Great hotel

Absolutely amazing experience at The Langham Chicago! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to every need with such genuine warmth and attention to detail. The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and luxurious, offering breathtaking views of the city and river. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like a personal spa retreat with a beautiful soaking tub.
Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better; you’re close to all the major Chicago attractions, shopping, and restaurants, yet the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. If you’re looking for a luxurious, memorable stay in Chicago, The Langham is worth every penny. Can’t wait to return!
