Room was very clean, bedding was clean, fridge was cold and hot tub was a pleasure!

Some things didn't work, I expected something different. All the personnel is great, the rooms are comfortable.

Mr. VICTOR HUGO MADERA ROJAS, you stayed 5 nights with us and you did not say anything!!!!We did check your suite after your departure and EVERYTHING works perfect - your lights jacuzzi, shower, TV, WiFi, fridge, and microwave.

Mr. Brian Janowski,EVERYTHING in your suite worked perfect!!!!1. You did not book an Executive otr Pool suite, which a steam shower is ONLY available in these 2 suites.. 2. You booked a Premium suite and received a FREE UPGRADE to a much larger jacuzzi - so, just say Thank you!3. The front desk agent offered to go to your room and assist you, but said "I am OK".I guess now you are not OK (For whatever reason). So please, next time, book a suite somewhere!Take care!
