The property is maintained well. Staff is friendly.Onsight parking.Fast room service.It is close to Navy Pier, AMC theater complex. It is also only 3 blocks from THE BEST BREAKFAST diner in the USA.. YOLK🙌

It was way over proce for the stay . I booked the room for 3 and they didn’t even give us 3 glasses. They don’t have any fridge . I am not happy with my stay .

I like the fact that pretty much everything was within walking distance. Parks, restaurants and shopping.

2nd time staying at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk and it did not disappoint. They upgraded us to a suite that was Christmas decorated and even had an Elf on the shelf for the kids. Thank you for making our Chicago vacation a memorable! Can wait to go back next year.

The hotel was nice, the rooms I would say were holiday inn equivalent. We booked a river view king room and were put on the end of the 8th floor which looked at the roof of the pool room which was disappointing. The rooms were dated, the bathroom was absolutely nothing special. We had an Amazon package shipped to the hotel and they charged us a “handling fee” for having the package delivered there. The breakfast buffet was incredibly expensive at $30 a person for mediocre food and didn’t even have a big selection of food. Pancakes, eggs, chicken and waffles and omelets with a small fruit station. We had reservations across the river at the Swissotel and I wish we would have kept it. For $400 a night, I had higher expectations and was let down considerably.
