The hotel was dirty sink had no drain plug they had a iron bourd but no iron, tub had burn marks in it bed had holes in it and drawers were missing knobs

Not once did you mention any problems to our staff, otherwise we would have moved you to a different room. As for the burn marks, you checked into a smoking room so there will be bound to be a few burn marks from previous guests. We have tried to clear the marks as best we can and did ensure that the room was clean upon check in. There is mold in shower and in ceiling

The rooms did not have no heat in them and the housekeeping makes falsified reports to where you get barred I am bored because of that

Hello Adam and thank you for your review. Our rooms now have a thermoset setting now to heat the rooms. Also, based on our records you checked in for 1 night at the beginning of November. During your stay, you had vomited everywhere in the room. We understand if you were feeling unwell, but to vomit everywhere in the room simply because it's a hotel room doesn't mean you can get away without consequences. We do not want a repeat of that. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you are indeed banned at our hotel.

Room phone didn’t work. Heater had to be reset. The controls didn’t work.

Hello Donna and thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the phones in the rooms do not work as the landlines to the rooms are down at the moment. We hope to get them fixed by the beginning of the year. Our heaters now have a thermoset setting, which is a small box next to the big old electric heaters. So for heating or cooling, you would need to interact with that. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have endured during your stay and hope you have a good day.
