When I got to the hotel, it looked very sketchy. There was a lot of people outside. It seemed like they had weapons and maybe illegal substances as well as the security guard Was sleeping when he So much watching the business as well as the manager, and the friend was not very nice. Room was dirty and smelled like they just fix the bed and didn’t wash the sheets. I would honestly like compensation and maybe another establishment or a credit from Expedia.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff. They were dismissive and unhelpful. When I complained about the a refund because I had a child with me and they need id both to stay even though I provided mines. They put a 2 month old and the cold and if I didn’t have money to find somewhere else to stay I don’t know what I would have , they did nothing to resolve the issue. I would never stay here again.

Room was clean and stocked. Attendant made checking in easy and then called up to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. The property was cleaned up and it was well lit.

For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean bed and a door that locked. I understand that it’s in a prime location to entertainment but that’s about the only good thing I have to say. The area is a little sketchy and our door didn’t lock! When we asked the front desk for another room, they hesitated. The new room we got looked dirty. I won’t be staying here again.
