Staff was responsive to my needs.
Only complaint, could have used more than 1 microwave in breakfast area.

The staff were wonderful but the second floor constantly had the strongest smell of someone smoking weed despite the place being for non-smokers. It was never addressed over the many days we were there. The only other thing of complaint is that we never got any cleaning and had to ask for towels ourselves.

I had a morning flight and was assigned a room with a broken shower. I didn’t check the shower during check-in, but I believe it’s the staff’s responsibility to ensure everything is in working order beforehand. Additionally, the mattresses are outdated, resembling those from the 90s. I also felt that I experienced bias during my stay.

No breakfast like in other hotels.
