This place looked real nice. It’s a shared place but it was just me the night I stayed and everything was awesome.

This is my second time staying and I was disappointed in the response from the staff. I didn’t receive check in information until hours before I left my location, the room I was in was extremely cold and had a draft coming from the vent and the window, which led to me have a cold now and when asked if there was an on-site washer and dryer, I was told one thing, communicated that with the housekeeper, who in turn locked the door and while in the restroom, in haste, he walked in on me without knocking on the door first.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. Few things to note on your review, we send check in instructions a day prior or morning on the day of your arrival. If this was booked through a booking site, the check in instructions would be on the booking sites page or your app.Next is the room, we are always available for communication and requests, I'm afraid your room's temperature was not communicated to us, had we known you are cold we would have adjusted the temperature, also there is a spare space heater in every room that guests can use for added warmth.We do not have a washer-dryer that's available for guest's use, we have that noted on our website.Lastly, we are truly sorry on what you experienced in the bathroom. We will let our housekeeper know to always be aware when cleaning in the common areas of the house.Thank you for leaving a review.

Communication could’ve been better. Room was cold. Be aware of $200 refundable deposit after 48 hrs in order to gain access to property.

Yhank you for taking the time to write a review. The house runs in a centralized heating system for everyone's comfort. There is a space heater in the room for every guests to use in case additional warmth is needed. Also, guests can call us for additional blankets.
