Positioned nicely in the center of downtown but the apartment itself was dirty and some appliances didn’t work.

There were holes patched up in the wall, the tub looked dirty, water drained slowly in shower/tub. Parking overnight in building was outrageously expensive (50$) a night. Elevators took forever and there was often a line to get into them. On last day water was shut off. Hated communicating with a bot. Would never stay here again.

Kasa was a nice place to stay while visiting Chicago for a weekend. It was clean and close to transportation and other attractions. However, a downside is that there are no black out curtains/shades in the apartment so it is very bright in the morning. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Great location. Well equipped and well maintained. Worked really well, especially for the weekend of the marathon.
