The hotel and room were beautiful. The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a workout facility, spa, pool and hot tub available. Very walkable location - easy access from both train stations, and within walking distance to many of the local attractions.

The hotel was conveniently located and easily walkable to everything we wanted to do in and around Chicago.
Went to the lobby bar a couple nights. Prompt service with a smile!

Very beautiful building! Staff were fantastic, spa was great. Great walking distance to main tourist attractions (about half hour walk).
