After walking 2 miles in 90 degree heat we arrived at our "guaranteed hotel" and discovered it was completely closed--every door locked and lobby furniture mostly absent. So at 6:00 p.m. we had to walk around and find another hotel with a vacancy.

The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures very misleading

Great Location with many perks
Posted 18 Jul 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is located in a great spot for easy access to many downtown attractions and buildings! The beds were super comfortable and the Jr Corner Suite we stayed in was spacious and had the mini fridge we needed which was why we upgraded! The price is decent for the convenience of being downtown and the staff that we encountered were all very pleasant! There were a few places in the room that could’ve been cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose the hotel again when we come back to Chicago to visit!
