Staff was very friendly but the hotel needs a remodel. Pool was out of service most of my stays.

Staff was super warm and welcoming! My room was renovated, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a little moldy but otherwise the room was great!

Good hotel. It’s worth to stay. If I need to stay in Chicago I will definitely back to there.

The hotel did not honor the room type/floor I reserved over a month ago nor did they offer any solution. The lady working the front desk at the time I checked in couldn’t even give me an answer as to why the room I booked and paid for was not available. The plumbing in the hotel must not be the greatest because the toilet in the bathroom ran all day and night. We pulled out the sofa bed and there was food underneath the bed as well as dark brown stains on the sheets which could have been either poop or chocolate. Either way, that definitely let me know that the rooms there are not properly cleaned. The breakfast buffet options were extremely limited which is not worth the price they charge for it. Jaxx’s Bar/Restaurant on the other hand was great. Dispute my dislike for the hotel, the staff was pleasant. I travel often so when choosing a hotel, comfortability is most important. I was there to attend my niece’s graduation ceremony from the Navy which I was extremely excited for, but honestly speaking the problems with the hotel put a damper on my trip.

The stay was wonderful only complaint was the waitress at breakfast buffet. She was a bit rude.
