Erick was very friendly and responsive. The neighborhood around was wonderful. We walked everywhere we went and were able to park on the street with no problems. We would stay again. Thank you!

Cozy little place. The only adjustment I could make is have better options for breakfast like eggs and bacon and such. No complaints tho because it was still great to sleep in. Super clean

Thank you Frank. Unfortunately we tried full breakfast option in the past but we wasted so much food and in the environment (i.e inflation, climate change) we decided on a simple continental breakfast. There is a diner that we partner with the does a full breakfast and also delivers. We will be adding that to our book in each room. Thanks agin for the review.

Room was fine, just a bed. The bathroom was down the hall. It was pretty much a house turned into an air B&B renting out the bedrooms. Not exactly what I expected for a bed and breakfast

Next time when you book please read information m. Obviously the title of the hotel is House 5863 Bed and Breakfast. I would suggest you read clearly about where and what you are booking.

Little Gem in Edgewater

Had a nice stay. We had a private bath that was down the hall from our room. Everything was clean. Check in was smooth- we communicated through text and that worked well.
