Convenient location , lots of restaurants around. Easy parking. Gas station with Dunkin Donuts shop beside.

Horrible customer service at check in.
Unforeseen circumstances arose on my family trip and I had to travel one day later than planned. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation. I authorized my wife to check in using the same card that was on file. The room was prepaid. I also asked a few questions about the shuttle etc.
I never got a response from them.
When my wife and kids showed up at 2 am they were told they could not check in to the hotel despite a matching card, same last name, a reservation number, a confirmation email and written authorization from me.
And there isnt a shuttle.
