Nice property the skyline was a nice view from the room. Parking was an extra fee that was not cheap. But that is par for Chicago hotels.

There was no continental breakfast. It states you can order dinner daily but you can not.

The hotel is beatiful, great staff. Rooms are big and the view is wonderful. The only nad thing is that the restaurant was closed. As a lonely traveller is really good to have a restaurant im the hotel.

I was here for a conference. The hotel is in a great location and it is very nice. However, it is inconvenient to get to the room because you need to take 2 elevators. This is not a big deal but one of the nights during my stay my room was locked for some reason and I could not enter with my key. I had to go all the way to the main lobby 4 times before they send someone to my room to open the door. This was very frustrating after a very long day. Besides this, the hotel experience and surroundings are great.
