Booked a lake view room and got a partial view. I definitely wouldn’t have payed more if I knew it was partial

The heat in the room wouldnt turn off. The second night we thought it was raining but woke up to the ceiling in half of the room was wet and dripping. It looked close to caving in. I called to inform them and no one came to look at it. When we checked out we informed them again and im surprised they didn't offer us any type of discount in the room considering. We also paid in advance for breakfast but the first morning the dining area was closed they did take iff obe night of parking to make up for that

Beautiful hotel, quiet clean spacious rooms! Breakfast buffett to die for. Close to museums and Metro.

it seems like they have Long lines most of the time as I seen that from most of the reviews and when I went, I did experience a long line though I did get there before it filled up too much. I suggest coming in 10 minutes or so before your check in time. our room was nice. We stayed as a couple and we were supposed to get one king bedroom but they cannot accommodate us so they gave us two queen beds, which we were happy with, The room was nice, clean comfortable, although it had a view of the other side of the building so there wasn’t a great view of outside. overall, this place is nice in the architecture in the building is crazy beautiful. they have two or three restaurants I believe and vending machines. parking is easy you can do valet or self Park, self Park also comes with the option to drive in and out.

No usb ports, elevators slow, woman at the restaurant was rude, chair in the room was frayed and was dilapidated, room did not have side table, room looked unclean, hotel is too busy.
