Ideal location for a downtown Chicago stay. Right by the Magnificent Mile with easy access to shops, dining, and attractions. The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive, and the valet team was prompt and professional, making parking a breeze. Highly recommended for its great location and service.

The staff is the standout at this property-every encounter from reception, to cleaning staff, to bell and valet help was friendly, helpful, and cheerful.
