The guests are accommodated in non-renovated rooms with mould in the bathrooms, dust on furniture, and the venting is not cleaned, cracked tiles etc. The staff was friendly and accommodated me in a room, unfortunately, where the shower drain was not working. The 5 star hotels need to stop taking customers for granted and act up to their ratings.

Nice quiet location. Disappointed lack of WiFi in hotel fees. Dining options are prohibitively priced - even for breakfast where an over priced ‘al la carte’ option is only given. Having said that nicely located and friendly staff.

Great property. Some of the rooms are a little bit dated, but everyone is nice. Couldn’t ask for a better location

Great except for the “buffet” breakfast. For $150 we got scrambled eggs and bread-not toast, bread. No butter, no jam, just bread. They were out of everything else, and would not comp us when asked. We were told to wait for more food. After an hour we gave up. Shocked to see the $150 show up on our bill. So much for a luxury hotel.
