I had just Two issues.
1. Early Check In Option - They said we can check in early after 12 noon and couldn’t until 3pm making me late for my grandma birthday party. Me and my kids & Husband was driving on the road for 6 hours and just wanted to rest.
2. Parking- Turns out parking costed 12.50 for overnight IN THE SUBURBS. I guess we should of just stayed in the city ( we was trying to avoid having to worry about parking and still did)
But for the most part the hotel is beautiful, smells good and the ROOM girl!!! The room is beautiful!

The property was nice and clean. The staff was nice. The hotel is close to the shopping mall and lots of restaurants.

The room had ample sinks, not common in a hotel. Most everything was clean, with the couch and tables having wear and tear.
