Hotel room had very thin walls so could hear the tv and conversation from adjacent room
Our TV didn’t get good reception for local channels NBC, CBS, ABC

Poorly managed with unprofessional staff. The hotel is run down and very dirty. We had 9 rooms booked for a wedding, and every single room had some sort of a problem reported. There’s a strong spice smell all around hotel. This had to be one of the worst locations I’ve stayed at.

Rude staff, unreliable for early check-in even though I called three days in advance, dirty rooms and bathrooms as wells as dirty bedding and towels.

The free bottled water ain't free... I now have an additional $4 charge that wasn't on at checkout. Don't lie to me. Don't cheat me. Is that really too much to ask for !!!
