Staff is very good. The actual rooms are a little dated, especially the bathrooms.

Very average property. Room was really basic like a motel room.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly unhelpful. I was assigned a room right next to the elevator, despite being a very light sleeper. When I requested a room change, the receptionist insisted that no other rooms were available, even though I could see several listed on Expedia. To make matters worse, he suggested that I cancel my current reservation and rebook through Expedia. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I encountered such an uncooperative receptionist.
When I finally got to my room, I turned on the heater since Chicago was quite cold. Unfortunately, the heater was so loud that it made sleeping impossible. I had an important business meeting the next day and ended up attending it without any rest. The following night, I purchased earplugs in an attempt to block out the noise, but even that didn’t help.
Overall, this hotel seems to require significant maintenance and staff training. I won’t be staying here again.

Service was great! Especially Antonio that helped check me in. Gave us great recommendations for dinner.
Biggest complaint about the hotel- the elevators. Seemed like there was only one working. Had to wait for more than 10 min. Each time.
