Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Workout room looked well equipped (although didn't get a chance to use it). Excellent location with easy access to expressway.
It was nice to be able to go for a walk in the area (there are sidewalks). Beds were fantastic.
We'll be staying here again the next time we're in the area

Door has key access, but not working. On a Sunday morning check out is at 12 and staff kept waking me up for every hour from 8. Booked room for occasion and they made me pay for 3 days and let’s me know that property is full, I have called the hotel
3 times to make arrangements for the room and ended up getting last room
On the first floor. Staff did change my room the next day but I after making multiple attempts to make our stay memorable they staff should have paid more attention while attending calls, let the customer know if they can’t have a change of room.

There was a major plumbing issue in our room. We were on the first floor and our toilet wasn’t “bolted” to the ground, and had a constant odor of sewage. It was truly awful. Our whole room smelled like sewage our entire stay. Besides that, the room was clean. The staff was friendly and they checked us in early at no extra charge. I’m sure if we complained they would have accommodated us, but it was only two nights.
