I liked the hot tub and included breakfast.

They charge you $100 extra if you leave towels on the charge. And not clean the rooms saying it’s just “4 day stay”. Worst and disrespectful staff.

Staff was rude but helpful and ultimately I was denied my stay with no refund

The staff charged my card for a reservation that was not to be paid until I arrived at the hotel. The hotel itself was disgusting, falling apart and one in our group was assigned a room that already had someone staying there. This place is a total DUMP! Apparently Radisson has drastically lowered their standards.
