Do better, disgusting property. Had to switch several rooms and they didn’t apologize or offer any type of accommodation

The pillows were all stained and the sink was clogged

No towels after 5pm? Front desk receptionist very rude and snappy.

Found dirty washcloth hanging from our shower curtain, drain plug laying on floor toilet dirty on bottom, sheets and blankets had stains, carpets haven’t been vacuumed, dusty lamp shades, room door not latching right had to double check door was shut. Dirt was coming out of the iron, almost ruined my shirt. Breakfast was very slim pickings.

This is one of the most inconvenient places I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot due to work so, I have stayed at numerous hotels. This hotel doesn’t offer fresh towels for their guests after 5PM. I called down to get fresh towels for myself after a long day of work and wanting to shower and the front desk receptionist says they don’t offer towels after 5pm because there is no one there to do laundry after that time. So, you’re trying to tell me you have no clean or fresh towels for any of your guests past 5pm? That literally makes no sense to me. So, you have to buy your own towels and basic necessities now when staying at hotels and paying over $200 to stay in these places? This is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Mid. Room had peeling paint and obvious water damage. Wasn't the cleanest room but nothing too bad. Mid for the price but did its job. Beds were comfy.
