Our stay we fid not have wifi or cable. And the restaurant was closed so no food. I had to go to the front desk to get coffee for the coffee maker in our room. They didn't even offer a discount since there was no wifi or cable

It was a good stay. The biggest benefit is the parking. The only negatives: Weak wifi...made the streaming on the tv unmatchable. The elevators were broken. No breakfast. Ive stayed before, and ill stay again. Clean Solid front end staff Free parking Location os decent

Stay Away

My stay was pretty much an inconvenience the whole trip . I booked a room with a king bed just for them to tell me that they didn’t have any left . Keep in mind it was only me on this trip so a twin bed room was an inconvenience already when I booked for a king bed . They didn’t offer no discount on that . Before I got there they emailed me saying that for the duration of my trip there will be no cable/wifi available and that there will be no discount for that . You could either cancel or deal with it . A/C doesn’t work at all , not even in the lobby . You walk in the lobby and it’s already humid . Elevators did not work at all . Good luck calling the front desk , either they won’t answer or there is no one up there in general . Overall horrible stay , nothing worked in my room , just utter silence . They charged me for bed and shower pretty much . Lastly went to checkout and what a surprise no one was there to speak to about this inconvenience .

Place was clean and the staff was nice. We usually stay here when we are in town for show at McCormick Place. Room itself was fine but still expensive for the issues we had. There were a couple things like only one bath towel, no hand soap, burned out lightbulb that were all fixable. The party of 60 people in the parking lot outside our window for 2-3 hours was obnoxious. Surprised the hotel staff didn’t shut it down. Might consider a different hotel next year.

Penny pinching

Normally I enjoy my stay here, but the Wyndham decided to cut corners and get rid of cable. They installed Roku boxes instead. Couldn’t get local channels, no hbo or whatever. It didn’t help when the wifi kept cutting out either. I’ll have to go someplace else next time. Oh well.
