Disgustingly unclean. The sheets had stains and obviously hadn’t been washed since the previous person staying in the room. I found a bed bug on the pillow on the bed. I showed the woman at the front desk pictures of the stains and of the bed bugs from the bed. She did not seem surprised and didn’t even bother offering an apology. Just that I had to call back later in the day to speak with a manager about getting a refund. And even then, I didn’t get to speak with a manager. Just a different front desk woman who said they would only refund me for two of the three nights. What a horrible experience.

The building is run down. Very noisy at night. Doors do not close properly. Very dirty room. No customer service.

There was no noise at all and we checked the room door is closing properly, there is no problem with it and when you checked out you said it was good stay.

We had a package delivered to us in which the staff had received delivery. Simple ask was to change delivery address to our home which was not in IL, they promptly declined and our package of value over $500 was stolen:/ pretty trashy!! Will never stay here again!

Dear NikkiSorry, but not one has stole anything. When you called for the package we informed you to order for UPS/USPS pick-up and you said OK. Again you called back and said, one of your friend will come and pick up the package on Monday we said ok for that. Now also we've your package. You can set up for a pick up and we'll give them.

All the rats outside hotel. Other than that. It was ok
