Close to the Chiba train station. Good for transportation. Located in a quiet area though, which is good if you preferred to be away from the busy cities.

I’m not recommended this hotel
Location is not too far but not close to Chiba station. I never Heard that hotel have a smoking room these days!
Smells like cigarettes whole entire house
Disappointed

I liked that it was close to all the konbinis and it right next to the train station monorail and all the public transportation available
