The hotel was clean and quite nice. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfy. Very close to the train station as well as Makuhari Hall. The room was quite big for a Japanese hotel, and at a great price.

I don’t understand why they scanned my passport when I checked in. It an unusual practice for a hotel to keep copies of guests passports. It didn’t make me feel safe.

I give a full 5 stars due to various remarks as follow.
The staffs are super friendly and helpful.
The location is superb for shopping patrons, just few hundred meters away from main lobby.
Varieties of Eatery places and restaurants available from Tullys cafe to ramen, beef steak, and fast food.
Lots of drinking olaces too if you like to have a few pints of beer, liquors and snqcks after a busy day.
Traveling by train is super convenient from Kaihim Makuhari stations and direct shittle bus to Narita and Haneda just in front of the train station.

Strategically placed property. Really convenient and a good choice for those looking to shop around the main Makuhari shopping area. Access to the JR East rail is very good too.
