"Pros: Staff !!! There were so kind and respectful we left like we were VIPs and they treated us like the only guests they had. We have never been treated so well in our vast travels. The take hospitality to a new level. They made a delightful towel swan display with rose petals to welcome us. Delicious breakfast included. "Our stay at the Rasa Boutique Hotel in Chiang Rai was generally pleasant. The reception was friendly and efficient and less bureaucratic than some Thai hotels: We had two rooms, one for me and my wife and a second for my wife's sister and her young adult daughter, who arrived later. We were able to check into both rooms without needing to have everyone's ID copied. The hotel is slightly dated but is designed in a nice Moorish theme.
