Great Hotel in Chiang Mai

Hotel location is a bit far from Old City, a bit outskirt; but the hotel provides shuttle services to the nearest mall every 2 hours, where one can take Grab to the old city. Recommend to get a sim card at 7-11 to move around in Chiangmai rather than travelling by tuk tuk.
One good point is the hotel does send the guests to the Sunday walking street and saturday night market.
I would like to thanks the expedia personnel (cant remember her name, sorry) who helped me to arrange shuttle service to pick me up at the airport upon arrival at Chiangmai.

value for money especially if you are attending conference. This hotel has limited resources. So, don't expect so much.
