We loved our stay at this fantastic hotel. The property is beautiful and calm and the staff is incredibly attentive and kind. They were hit hard by the flooding in October 2024, but they have done incredible work to repair the facilities. When we were there (early Nov 2024) the pool was open and only the garden next to the river was closed while they re-grow the turf. We are 2 adults 2 young kids and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for us.

A rather disappointing stay.
Posted 30 Dec 2019 on Hotels1. The air con in the room (on 2nd floor) emitted a very bad odor.
2. There was a loud humming noise from a machinery motor near the roof that made sleeping at night quite impossible.
3. The reception of the TV was very bad.
4. Excellent staff service.
5. The breakfast was freshly made to order.

This hotel has the nicest, friendliest staff I have ever met. They do everything they can to make our stay the best that it can be. An amazing stay at an amazing place.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. They gave us clear instructions on how to get around. The breakfast was delicious and on time.
