We loved this place. Definitely a 4 star accommodation. Great pool. Great free breakfast. Very kind staff. Strongly recommend.

Pros:
1. Big rooms
2. Make up beds daily
3. Massage is opposite of hotel
4. Bike hire available
Cons:
1. No coffees refill even after reminding
2. No daily cleaning
3. Noisy eventhough hotel is far away from city
4. Smelly toilet on room 317 accessible unit
5. Iron not available as mentioned. Hotel can iron your cloth with charge.

No empathy
Posted 9 Feb 2023 on HotelsDid not end up staying as we had booked a few day earlier and became ill. Was awaiting testing results for Covid, etc. and tried to cancel the resevation but it was not allowed. They did not show any empathy for us.

Nice hotel reasonable value
Posted 5 Feb 2023 on HotelsThis was a fsmily vacation. I booked a two bedroomnsuite for my brother in law sister in law niece and nephew and mother in law and the honeymoon suite for my wife and I. Rooms are very clean. We needed an extra blanket and pillow for my nephew a d we were chatged 1200 baht. A turnoff. Our room was a suite but the bathroom had a tub and no shower. I am not a bathtub guy although my wife liked it. ut bathing was a challenge. Breakfast was good - not great" but certainly good and plentiful. All in all good experience and reasonablw value for the money
