The property was excellent. The food in the hotel was excellent as well. Very conveniently located to many things. Highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel located in the heart of the old city
The staff were very helpful and they upgraded my room
My only complaint was the hot water ran out before I had finished showering

Average stay, lots of things to do and eat in that area! Walkable and convenient, Staff was very helpful!

The property was nice and located conveniently in old city that was close to some temples to see.

This hotel is so nice and clean the staff is very nice and nice and friendly.also very closed to Sunday market

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. We arrived early but were welcomed and a room allocated quickly. We also received a complimentary upgrade.The room was excellently presented and equipped with all we needed for our 2 night stay in Chiang Mai. We will be back for a longer stay in the future.
