Everything was great for an older style hotel, except the bathroom needs to be renovated. Bathroom sink was draining slowly and shower looks very old, with some molding. Service was excellent and breakfast was great.

excellent location, quite hotel, very nice and clean. very helpful and professional staff, nice breakfast, restaurant menu is also nice.

Would highly recommend the Ratilanna. Great property, andal.ost completely repaired after a 50-year flood event! Incredible accomplishment! Super well-trained staff, very good food, huge menu, pool service, Riverside, awesome spa!
6-star property!
