Staff was wonderful, always eager to help or assist you, thanks.
I had to take a cab everywhere but it was cheap so it was good for me; I preferred a quiet place

This is absolutely by far the best hotel my fiancé and I have stayed at during our visit to Thailand. I wish we could give it more than 5 stars cause it definitely deserves at least 10 !!! Everything was just completely perfect - super clean, modern and stylish. You get to enjoy a huge flat screen TV with Netflix, comfy beds, bathtub and shower, minibar, refrigerator, hairdryer, nice swimming pool, beautiful garden and fantastic breakfast. There really isn't a single thing you can possibly complain about. The staff was also extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again next time I visit Chiang Mai. Highly recommended !!!
