Posted 22 Nov 2019 on HotelsFront desk staff is very helpful/friendly. Good location. Free breakfast was average. Lobby had hot and cold water dispenser available at all hours. Only complaint is there was no TV in the room but the wifi was fast enough to stream movies.

Posted 15 Jul 2019 on HotelsCounting Sheep’s is a Great place to stay on Chiang Mai. Everything is very walkable and the front desk staff a great. If you ask them a question or you need to figure something out, they will bend over backwards to help you. I loved my stay here and plan on staying here again on my brief return to Chiang Mai in a few days.

Great staff and comfortable rooms/beds. Fresh fruit every day for breakfast (along with toast and cereal). Great location (central but not noisy). 2 bathrooms for 6 beds worked out fine. Good shower pressure and hot/cold. No restriction on having the AirCon on during the day thank goodness!

I loved the location, it was close to everything within walking distance. Staff was really sweet and very helpful. The people staying were nice but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to socialize. However we were told that it wasn't high season for travelers.

The property was super cute and had the best staff. They had planned activities and were very helpful with planning adventures in and outside of town!

Daytime staff was nice and generous with check out time, which I appreciated. Woman in the evening charged me air conditioned taxi price for a red car to airport and then yelled at me when I said I asked for a taxi. Could have gotten a red car on the street.
Don’t like being overcharged and really don’t like being yelled at.

Dear Madame,
The redtrucks also have AC, you just have to sit in FRONT with the driver. These are local taxi's that we use because they are our contact and they have a fixed price rate. Taxi-meters that you are looking for don't exist in Chiang Mai (only in BKK)!!! Even if they are available the price will be at least 200-300 B. We even asked the driver to give you a discount of 50 baht off the redtruck for you from 150 baht. Thanks for the review.
We apologize if you had the impression that our staff was yelling at you. We asked our staff about what happened she said she tried to explain to you about the taxi situation in Chiangmai but you would not listen. But please if you feel strongly that she yelled, send us a message or give us an email and describe it to the details, we have cameras and will do what we can from our part.
