Sorry for the inconvience
I would like to respond to your each problem.
The wooden building is not noise proof and could be noise sometimes. We always make approaches to our guest to keep voice down at night
All our rooms installed a private air conditioner and you can adjust the temperature by remote control.
In case of the water heater machine, I'm not sure if you already turn on the circuit breaker and another switch at bottom of machine.

Services lacking
Posted 4 Sep 2018 on HotelsThe location is very good and the room was nice for a 2.5 Star hotel.
The service was lacking as it is difficult to find anyone at the desk in the off season. No reasonable parking, no help with luggage, and no breakfast. I would probably look somewhere else next time.

Posted 28 Aug 2018 on HotelsThe good: room was spacey with decent balcony view of river. Location was great within walking distance of most tourist spots.
Bad: check in and out very time consuming as there is often no one st the front desk and have to wait.
They advertise free parking but it is remote and not close to hotel.
Price a little highfor the area and season.
Nit pick at checkout. They charged extra because they thought the towels were too dirty and would be difficult to clean.
