The elevator broke down right when whe needed to bring our suitcases to the car. We needed to haul yhem down 3 stairwells. My husband is 70 and I walk with trouble. However, the staff did offer to bring the luggage down for us. The breakfast had so-so food. The eggs were runny and the hashbrowns half cooked.

Property is hard to get to if you have never been there. It wasn't the place I thought I had reserved.
