Staff went out of way to be helpful whether it be attractions or dining options

Staff was kind and polite. Room smelt like smoke even though it was a smoking free room. One of the queen beds had crumbs in the bed per our 11 year old. Not sure if they were from her or already there. Breakfast was simple and had options.

I'm sorry you had to smell the stale smoke, some rooms used to be smoking rooms and we have tried to get the smell out and it lingers. We are slated for new carpet and paint as well as a full renovation in 2025. We hope you choose us again the next time you're in Cheyenne to see our new wares!!
