We were refused bottled water for our room even though it clearly says ‘free bottled water’ on the booking, when we asked the staff for some water they said “we don’t give free water out”.
There was roadworks right outside our room at 06:30 this morning.
Room is very very basic and we had the so called premium room.

Good morning,We are very sorry expedia has not updated our facilities as we have not had water in the rooms for 3 years. we have updated them numerous times but they fail to change it. we cannot control outside noise unfortunately so we can only apologise.

Wonderfull room at front of the house. A room with a view! Second floor without elavator is a bit uncomfortable with much lugage. Third bed was awefull > broken back.... Breakfast was WONDERFULL! Location Superb!
