Nice spacious room
Good location
Nice afternoon tea
Disappointed in breakfast very salty and not very fresh .very dry to eat.
Wanted an item off the menu and not available at 8 o’clock on a Sunday. Waiting on staff not great no offers of coffee top up.

Lovely hotel and staff very attentive.
Full English breakfast was not of a very good quality. Consisted of 1 sausage, 1 slice of back, which was dry and looked under cooked, 1 piece
of black pudding, 1 hash brown, and egg of your choice.
Choice of breakfast items - excellent, let down on quality of full English unfortunately

Stayed here for 1 night but not our first time, still amazing like every time we have stayed. Staff very friendly, room was spotless, breakfast was outstanding.

Overall, it was very good, but I was unsure how to find the underground parking on arrival.

Lovely hotel and room. We had a pleasant stay
Staff in the brasserie were excellent. It should say the bar downstairs was shut when booking

Room was adequate although quite small and a little “tired”
Breakfast service was very slow with insufficient staff available.
